Ontario CWELCC Regional Links and Application Updates

In Ontario, the CWELCC program is administered at the regional level by local Service System Managers. These entities oversee implementation including priority zones, non‑profit vs. for‑profit participation, application deadlines, and other regional policies. Programs and timelines vary depending on local definitions of community needs.

There are 47 Service System Managers across Ontario (ontario.ca), each representing a regional government (e.g. regional municipalities, counties, or northern district boards).   These regions are responsible for approving and funding the CWELCC program.

This article provide the links to each region’s official child-care site.  It’s recommended to check the current application often as the duration for submission is often very short.  Sometimes, the submission periods are only open for a few days.
